hotlinked

Hi all, Does anyone have any information for the below domain beyond what i show. When i try to get a look at the site hitting me all i get is a blank page. They have hotlinked freesite images on my domain. Luckily i've caught it now and blocked the whole IP to make sure they don't come back but i took a good hit.

heaviest hits are coming from http://212.83.120.133/chat/index.php

This is part of the whois for the IP

I had that in my stats I think the beginning of the month and my anti hot linking software must have stop them because the hits soon stopped must have been movies for me, as soon as someone hotlinks my movies it redirects to my LL..

CD will probably answer this thread or you can search the board for a ht.access code..

But that is the same thing I had - you get a blank white page and the same on the root and I never went any farther than whois like you did..

Hiya plateman I added them to my .htaccess file and stopped them in their tracks... It doesn't give you the satisfaction of kicking them in the ass for it though

bluebrit - your very best bet is to shut down all hotlinking with .htaccess instead of adding one site at a time. This is a handy tool that I've used in the past. http://www.htaccesstools.com/hotlink-protection/ Luckily, Cleo had it bookmarked or I wouldn't have found it again.

I'd love to hear how you propose to send a hotlinker to console hell. The best you can do is to deny them access to your images or swap the image for something unwanted, such as tubgirl - she's a hottie.

Tubgirl is my number 1 hotlink stopper. All those fusker sites get her... they rarely last more than a very few minutes.

Same here, makes those peeps click the report broken link button. Two or three of those and the fuskered link is removed.
