help me im clueless

I run http;//www.norteee.com but as you can see its not up to great things, so I want to start a new website afresh it will be a porn barn , where web masters can show of there tgps with recips (pref ) to my site, and ill update it daily, the only snag is i havent a clue how to do this.
Firsrtly how do I get a sytemn to take tgps and place them on my site, prefrably with me checking them first,
then secondly
how to in ensure a recprical had gone oon there site,
and thirdly where can i get the scrpts
if anyone wants to help id be very gratefull!!!

Yep, JMB's Autogallery Pro is one of the cheapest an most well known TGP scripts on the market. It does a great job, at least for me

If you can't afford to buy a script you can start out using the freeware version of autogallery, it has less features but it'll get you started.
