Good Monday Morning To Everyone
Morning
 I think I'm going to win the weight loss contest with my contractor today. About 5 weeks ago we bet who'd loose 13 pounds 1st, with $20/pound as the wager (the looser has to pay $20/pound on their difference between their weight loss & 13) As of yesterday I was at 13#'s  I'm also up to 11#'s lost on this wonderful Fat Smash Diet  Pretty good race yesterday, Sopranos' was decent & Big Love ended with a lot of misery. Other than that, I've got a pile of work to do... |

Nice work GG. My personal success with dieting is more along the lines of Joe E. Lewis ... "I went on a diet, swore off drinking and heavy eating, and in fourteen days I had lost exactly two weeks." Good luck with your bank, Jim. It's always a little strange when they don't want your money. Particularly if they won't tell you why. One other thing you might want to look at is netbank.com. No branch offices, but you could get an account (or two) for just depositing affiliate checks.

I've locked myself into the house for the next 2 days..have to get past that 6/6/06 thing.  lots of porn in my life today.. otherwise just hiding from the 110 degrees we are predicted to have today. Looking to be another wet one here.
Was suppose to shoot last night but now Angel is sick with this whatever the fuck it is that is going around down here so it got put off until later this week. I seem to be finally over whatever the fuck it is that is going around down here and am planning on going to the gym once I'm awake today. Other than that just a day of working and running errands for me like picking up my repaired chain saw so that I can cut my way out of our neighborhood after the next big storm adventure. Neighbor has the sister of my youngest cat and she has decided that rolls of toilet paper are her newest toy. |

I just read the bio of that Fat Smash diet book. Initialy I thought it was just another one of those fad diets we see coming outa USA down here every second day.
No wonder it's working, it's applies common sence. Healthy eating, exercise and bad food/s in moderation. A no brainer really. -N
