In your experience... what sells best on free sites?

A sales pitch, telling people what they can expect from the paysite you are promoting?

or some story line saying that: Darlene (or whoever) gets fucked by some dude like this and like that?

or something other that I haven't even thought about?

ugly FS seem to convert best not matter what the heck is on them. Dont' know why but I heard this and tested it. I spent 1 day making a really fancy and nice FS. I got some traffic. I spent 1. 5 hours tossing one together, not really caring about nice colors, text, nice banners. I took my time to make sure it fit 800, the pics all were in order, recips were good and that was it mainly. I got more people sign up on my site with the ugly site then the nice one. What it tought me, dont spend to much time making a rose, when a weed will do the job.

Furthermore, the less time you spend getting it right, the more you can get done in the same period.

But I think weeds can still be pretty looking... even if they are weeds.

Why not do both at the same time?

I would have to say that they can be about even. So mix it up. With 3 outgoing links you can do both, one at top and the other at the bottom right before the enter link which leaves one for ???

Good question. I've tried both pretty and ugly and neither sells too well lol (ok, ok, I'm getting bitter). Actually, I find it very hard to make sites that are totally ugly. I always end up making pretty logo and buttons and what not. Maybe I need to break that habit

Also, from what I see, story like text may be a bit more effective. Not even sure why, really. Maybe it turns them on more?

indeed. My guess is, that people are so sick and tired of seeing the same tired old text like "big dick fucking tight pussy" even though some of the more weatherbeaten pussies look as though you could drive an oil tanker through them|shocking| Not exactly the epitome of a tight vagina.

Unique or at least different content would obviously allow for more enthusiastic and eloquent text, so the blonde with balloon tits from the 90's wouldn't be an ideal candidate for testing the hypothesis. Find something different, something that you really enjoy and try to use very descriptive words to convey your passion for it.

I don't speak from experience as my site is not up yet, but when it is, that's how I'll talk to the surfer.

Details are everything, it is the subtle nuances of text as well as the content that help to convey to the surfer the sensuality and hedonism of the online porn viewing experience. You could say...." teens fucked hard" or "delicious teen split like a peice of wet lumber" which one conveys more detail? or enthusiasm for the subject matter?

People are looking at porn to please their senses, give them what they need.
