OrgyCash - scum and thieves

So, I have received this email:

We are sorry to inform you that your OrgyCash webmaster account has been disabled because of your account's disproportionately high number of chargebacks and refunds. The average Webmaster chargeback ratio is under 2%. All monies owed to you now and in the future will be forfeited, and any personal information used to sign up has been blacklisted.

Huh, I finaly managed to have 200€ in my account for payout and I got email that they will not do that and that they are canceling my account. In total I have reffered 2 webmasters to their programme, made them 34 transactions (sales + rebills) and there were 2 refunds and 6 chargebacks (I kept sending traffic even their ratio sometime was over 0:6000!!!). They told me I have 24% of chargebacks (which is not true, in fact I have 17%) and other webmasters have only 2% (I did not get a proof for that).

I think what lies behind these chargebacks is fact that their monthly subscription costs $60.

They have tried to explain that for everychargeback they have to payout 30€ fine. Well guys I don't care - this is your problem and a risk we all have to live with! Find yourself better bank with smaller fines or lower your monthly price and you will have less c/b.

I was on revshare 50/50 and their processor is vxsbill so there is no way that I have plan to cheat them.


So if you're promoting OrgyCash you might get similar email once you get close to payout time.

Thanks for the heads-up, but how does 34 sales/rebills translate into 200 Euros, especially with their high join fees?

With revshare 50/50 you get from 15 € to 20 € per sale, because they monthly subscription is 40 € and 30 €.

This is not my first month I'm with them almost 1 year.

Everything has been sucessfuly resolved.

After sorting my problem with OrgyCash they have paid me all owned monies.

I am no program owner, but seems the program should be able to tell with just a glance it was the same person? They took the time to investigate enough to shut him down, they didn't notice anything funny or notice it was the same person?
