Is it just me or is MSN messed up today?

I was checking my ranking on some terms, and about 1/2 the time the formatting is gone and I just see a list...sometimes only one or two sites. Then I'll refresh the page, and it will look normal, then next time it is all messed up again. Anyone else noticing this?

Google has been whacky all week, I bumped down three places on Sunday, back up Monday, down today... and a couple of the things that are now ranked are spam sites or pages which don't exist. Kids are playing with the algorithms I guess.
