Not only that, you only have to pay the guy $150 for a FULL week's work.

Hit them with some copyright charges. At $750 per infringement multiplied by 200 movies equals $150,000. Plus he's saying another 2 weeks, & then another 3 weeks. $600k a month from one idiot is pretty good $$$s.
