new site need suggestions

I'm not sure what to say. Not really a great design as it is hard to see what you offer to a member if he is willing to pay. No real outline of the models to be found, what movies or photos they get and so on.

I like the design despite being a little too simple. I concur with Ramster, one doesn't know what the site offers firsthand, some text on the site won't hurt.

I dont think there is any flow on the webiste.
On a pay site you want their to be direction. You want to make them click and join. In my opnion it looks more like a free content site with all of the links and flash and what not. Sometimes Single page simple designs works the best. Your focus should be on them clicking to join and sign up for a membership. |

Just to add to what's been stated already - if I were a surfer, I'd click off the site after the slide show if not before.
