redirecting based on geographical IPs

I'm looking for a product which will redirect surfers from certain countries. nothing is 100% foolproof, but there are a few places which I simply don't want. I've seen this advertized on-line: http://www.georedirect.com/.

Anybody know anything about it or have a program which they'd recommend?
