Went to my doctor yesterday for a season of getting poked and prodded. I was happy to learn that I've lost weight since my last visit. Turns out that I have a pinched sciatic nerve so he gave me a couple of shots, a script for happy pills and told me to start doing stretching exercises each day. Yesterday Christy taught me some stretching exercises that I did again this morning and it really seems to help so I guess I'm destined to doing stretching exercises each day for the rest of my life. |

I spent the hottest part of the day outside digging holes in the ground. The shower I just took was well needed  Computer stuff for the rest of the day. That's about it. Have a good one all! |

Morning. Had an awesome weekend of golf and sweating in the sun. Played over 50 holes of golf. I'm hurting a little today. All day yesterday I was beat up and today I just feel really tired.
