Welcome to the last day of June... half the year almost done.

The sun is out but I have a busy day inside... have a good one.

I think I will actualy build a freesite again for the first time in like 3 years

I make most of my money from building free sites but I have found that the smaller niches do the best sales wise.

I started doing stretches for the first time in my life after my doctor told me to do them for my pinched sciatic nerve. Lucky for me my partner has been doing them since she was a child, first in karate and now in yoga and she is giving me great one on one instruction on doing them. I'm sore as hell after three days of doing them but my pinched sciatic nerve seems to be almost gone and I'm feeling more limber then I've felt in years. I guess there really is something to yoga besides being boring.

Just a day of work planned whilst doing some laundry on this rainy hump day.

Good afternoon,

I worked on a roof today and it was burning hot there. I made the mistake to take off my shirt, for the first time this year. It appears I still get red when spending too much time in the sun.
The contractor I work for is giving another BBQ in a few hours but until then I'll be doing the porn thing.

Good morning. Today I'm feeling a lot better after a decent nights rest. Hopefully I can get some work done and then clean up my office as I think it's kinda what's part of the problem. Just papers all over that need to be put in their place.

Going to watch some leverage show that I have built up while I do some submitting.
