The site itself doesn't break any rules that I saw. But what is up with that sponsor? I looked them over yesterday. Ripped DVDs to me implys NOT licenced.

Also, they say free download but it does cost to get the movies so if you mention free as your sales technique, I'd decline it.

if i were you i would convert your DiVX movies into mpegs..
im not sure about link list owners but as for my TGP experience a lot of them will decline divx..

The ripped part doesn't bother me that much - that is the techie term for making clips from a movie and is used a lot - no bad implications as far as I know

But the requirement of having to buy something to get those "free" downloads (pretty blind to me anyway) would definitely get it declined most places.

The format isnt that bad - avi's are still accepted most places although surfers tend to skip over them so if you can convert them over to mov, wmv or mpg it would be better

I think they are really free. Because how they wrote: "It's impossible to keep such files publicly available on our server because of high bandwidth usage."
And ****:// links it's like p2p system, but you don't need to wait and you can download on high speed.
And ok, what if i delete everywhere on the site word 'free', it will be ok?

Go to the site and click download. It says you have to register and pay for x number of transfer, so not free.

Yeah, but you pay for download manager, not for movies.
And i wrote on site:
'To download movies all you need - to have **** Loader installed on your computer'
And write that this program cost $$..

And i will write this on ad on the index page of free site.
