Question re Free Sites

Hi

I am new to doing free sites, so am finding places to submit to as I go along. Is it allowed to add new receipts to a free site once it is listed, or should I just add the newer receipts to a mirror?

I have added recips to previously submitted/listed freesites so I can sub it to a couple more places without issue.
