I think most of you know Jeff aka CaptainJSparrow - anyway, he asked me to post this for him:

I have a client that is wanting to buy websites. He is not looking to make anyone rich, sorry don't get your hopes up. Lol. What he is looking for is a site that makes money each year with a webmaster that wants to get rid of the sites. He is looking to pay roughly a years worth of proven revenue up front for the site. Another that he will consider is a site with something going for it (great url, some quality backlinks, etc) that, if worked, could become profitable...basically a site that the webmaster just doesn't have time to work but has good potential.
