Morning!

Well, yesterday's Open House produced zero potential buyers

I kinda expected that, with the Holiday shopping season & a Bills home game here in Orchard Park. Tomorrow is the Broker Open House so hoping for some interest & feedback from that 🤞🏻

Speaking of the Bills, here's how the game went:

On the other hand, my 2 Fantasy Football teams are looking pretty good! One is in the Playoffs & 1st overall in points and the other is in 2nd Overall (no Playoffs in that league)

After the Open House & Bills debacle, I made The Bitch watch Spider-Man: Homecoming, which she enjoyed. Next up: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 & she'll be pretty much caught up in the Marvel Avengers Universe

(I haven't even bothered trying to explain the mess of a timeline that is the X-Men movies - but she did like Deadpool)

Today, I have to pick up the ASSIL from work & then take him to a doctor appt. After that, seeing as The Bitch is off from work, I'll be vegging out with her

Good Morning

Yesterday was fabulous as the wife and guest were out of the house most of the day allowing me to do a bunch of work in a quiet home. Unfortunately taking the guest to the airport kept getting pushed back due to delays and since my wife crashed early from all the excitement of the weekend I had to keep the guest entertained until a very late drop off at an extremely busy airport. Did not get home till late and then had to work. I'm now a tired puppy and will need a big nap sometime today.
