SIX! That's how many times I had to leave the house yesterday

How I got any work done is beyond me. I did sleep about 8 hours, but I feel like I need another 4

I only have to leave the house 2 times today. 1st trip is in about 15 min...

Good morning

Up a bit late this morning as I played basketball last night, always tires the body out so didn't really get going until damn near 8am. Work planned for the day, might go meet a friend this afternoon who is in town with his wife, but she is in the hospital for the day (nothing serious, routine something or other) and he is all alone and oddly enough, near Little Italy which has some nice pubs

I could never work from home if everyone else was home too, you'd seriously never get anything done especially with a retired Mom lol.

Morning.

I feel a bit crappy today. It's probably because I had a few ciders last night.

Going to a lunch meeting today and then off to see a play tonight. I should be able to catch the last half of the basketball game tonight as the show is only an hour. Otherwise, I will be working on clients sites for most of the afternoon.

Working from home has a lot of challenges. The Cat, The Husband. Something is always coming up. We went to take his parents to his father's eye doctor for a follow-up visit yesterday. We knew we were going for cake and coffee from The Husband's birthday, so we planned to be there maybe an extra hour. Oh, no... he had to help his dad finish moving a wall unit, and then stay for dinner. Oh, and then help his dad get into one of the government websites. He was having problems logging on. He always turns to The Husband for computer help first. We left home at 7:30, thinking we would be back by 10 am. Nope. 2pm. Neither one of us took our laptops either.

Today, we had the chimney sweet visit. A half hour and 55 euros later, we have clean chimneys and flues for another year. The Cat had to stay in my workroom with me. Silly kitty has figured out how to open the door latch. So, my quiet work time today really never happened. Maybe tomorrow....
