Saturday June 15th (aka Father's Day Eve)

Morning!

We were supposed to be going to Yell's for a cookout tomorrow to celebrate Dilf's Day, but it's supposed to rain, so The Bitch says that now everyone is coming here

My plan for today was to work for a little bit, then putter around the house, taking care of all the little shit that needs to be done (leaky gutter, broken light switch, hook up a 2nd hose, etc.). Most of you know The Bitch keeps a very tidy house...when she doesn't have a broken leg. Most of you also know that The Bitch is not going to let a broken leg stop her from cleaning the house from top to bottom since people might see a speck of dust on the floor in the corner of the kitchen. This means that I have to basically get the house ready for company to her standards before she finishes working tonight at 6:30

I feel your pain Greenie. We have spent the last several weeks getting ready for my cousin. We leave in just a couple of hours to catch the ferry to meet them in Stockholm, then we all sail back here. Nervous? Hell yeah. The Cat will be alone for 2 whole nights. It will be a cat-astrophe for her!! The house is all dusted, swept, vacuumed, steam cleaned, and about as spotless as we can get it. The yard has been mowed and trimmed, and the car all cleaned out. Oh, we also cleaned the refrigerator and washed it down. Whew! In between all of that, The Husband was out of town 2 days. I did manage to get some work done.

I have the birthday list and my submit list with me, and will be testing working on the road. I also had to hide all the porn because well, nobody knows what I do and I really don't want my cousin fainting on me or telling my mom. Kinda hard to keep it all neat and tidy. Gotta love flash drives!

Likely just going to work today, not much else planned though I might go to Jimmy's garage for a few beers... it's not a bar, it's my friend Jimmy and he has a garage
