Anyone ever get "growing pains" when they were a kid? How about in your early 50's?

The visit to my primary doctor produced new problems

Nothing major or for certain - need to have some rests run I guess.

Up and working early for no reason. Do have back therapy today since I finally feel better which hopefully will be good. Still a little sore from the yard work so I definitely need to make sure to set a timer so I don't do too much again.

The major problem with helping my BIL is all the time it takes. It's just after 2 pm and I'm finally at my desk! He still has Covid -- a lot of congestion and tiredness. I had to help him have a shower because the PSW is not available. Yikes!

Working away for the remainder of the afternoon on some volunteer responsibilities. Not sure what tonight will bring.

I got them as a child. Agony. They come back once in awhile but not as bad. I feel for you. Luckily, I have pain meds that make them go away.

The pain meds are so lame here. You only get serious stuff if in the hospital or on the way to dirtnapville.

I'm easing up on them. I have discovered some sleep drinks that make me drooly and snooze pretty fast. At 7-11.

Light pain meds but for sleep we will knock you out. ...
