Error on penisbot

Hi kit, I have been trying to submit a site to penisbot but when I click on submit url I get this "Í** *î*äèí*íèé * ***â**îì MySQL". I did get to the form after trying a few times but when I fill out the form and hit add resource it either gives me the same error or it just simply freezes up

Sorry, was out of this boar around week.
We moved penisbot to another server those days. I think there is no problems now. If not, let me know.
