Don't know if you've considered it, but you might also wanna offer this on e-bay. There is a full blown adult site on there currently for sale, and they have a private minimum reserve price on it. Prevents you from having to take low offers if they don't meet your min. and they have special criteria so you can offer adult content on e-bay.

Hmm, nice idea. I might even make some sites, buy the domain and offer them as a turnkey kind of thing too. I saw people buy these turnkey sites like crazy.
