Looks good, I like the cleaniness of the layout.
I would considered using a Mod_Rewrite to redo your cfm URLs so that they are more search engine friendly. Another thing is that you should link your logo to the main page. Currently, there is no easy way to go back to the first page. Other than that, it looks good.
