What am I missing

It seems to me that http://www.cybernetexpo.com/ is a perfect alternative to the Florida Show yet very little mention of it by board members
June 12-15 (kids will be out of school)
San Diego is the #2 or #3 tourist destination city in California
Prices seem more than fair
Best weather in the continental United States (it won't be to hot or to cold)
Cab ride to the Gas Lamp district or Pacific Beach Night Clubs Under $15
Of course I'm biased my playground is only 20 minutes away.
I just don't understand why more board members aren't coming
