I use three hosting providers at the moment, the cheapest one I went with because of the price.
Big mistake, no customer service whatsoever and I paid 1 year in advance  Your better off spending extra if it means you have help avaliable when you need it and a reliable service. I use webair aswell, great service and there's just about always someone there on live support.
