If you've been taking donations or tips then this is not a place to get advice. Actually even if your weren't it's still not a place to get legal advice. People will send you off in the wrong direction without posting anything helpful.

Talk to a lawyer. If you want some referrals of individual lawyers then ask for such.

All that being said. I'd take Bill's advice and document everything in great detail. I mean great detail. Good documentation can save your ass.
