Second, your resource was taken as illustration of the way of thinking. It seems to be a good sample. I think nothing good or bad regarding your cool sweet database. It just illustrates what do you want in the business and in your life, IMHO. The only thing I know is that you have a problems with payments from american based affiliate programs, cause of their problems with your refferals. I guess your cool database consists 90% russian affiliate progs because of these reasons.
