It's cold here... with wind chill etc it's about 15 degrees (according to the pretendtoknowweatherman).
It's so cold that my puppy refused to pee outside (she shivered outside for about 15 mins -- dachsies are very stubborn).. I had to monitor her this AM so she didn't pee inside.. she finally did her business outside but with much encouragement (go pee already!! LOL)... I'm wondering what she'll do when we go to Ohio for Xmas? She is NOT going to like snow....
