The tour size IS too big.. by my numbers some 45% of surfers are still at 800x600, and no one can afford to pissoff 45% of the market at the first page..  Additionally, you front page is over 150K, which is large, and would take a dial up user some time to download. Time to get a new designer and get your $ back IMO. DD
