Does someone know anything about this?

Ok, I need so help or just some information. I am looking for my dad's real birth parents and I do not know where to start. I can start off by saying that he was born somewhere in OK. That is a state that has closed records and you can not really find anything out, they refuse to tell you anything. My dad has been looking for almost 10 yrs, but now he has no time to keep looking. he did hire someone to find out something, but they took his money and came up with nothing. So, since his birthday is coming up, I would like to be able to find one of his real parents or both. Does anyone on here, know where I could start? I really want to thank anyone right now that might be able to help or tell me where to start looking. Thanks very much.
