I saw a post of yours some time ago and mentioned your name when I signed up

I'm pretty happy with them but I sometimes think that they tend to ignore me due to my lack of technical knowledge (for example it recently took 3 days and three emails to get permissions set up for running a gossamer threads script, and they weren't very forthcoming with information.)

Having said that, I've been waiting for months for a reply from Richard over at usefulscripts ....
