We have had some days where we would go down for a couple of hours but never like yesterday. The thing that worries me the most is the tech (who worked with my son on his first job) told me that they knew they would get expansion when they introduced Time Warner's 3 for 1 deal. Cable, phone and modem for $100/month. But, in our semi local area, they received over a million new subscribers in the past year. And yet, they have not upgraded their equipment. He told me it was only a matter of time before everything takes a shit if they don't upgrade.
But, as I said, I now have access to the tech only tools. And I can see the stress on their equipment from here. I am probably going to call sparky today to see what the numbers really mean
