actually the supreme court threw this back to the lower courts a few months ago.. i think in Philadelphia, actually, on the definition of what is obscene. Certainly what applies in one community, say NYC or LA, wouldn't apply in Montgomery Alabama or Decatur Indiana etc.

So where does the definition come from? Does it apply to the Lowest standard, re NY/Las Vegas/LA or the highest from the bible thumpers?

Hopefully our court system will be able to delay this long enough for us to get a new president..

meanwhile, as stated in the old forum, i think we all need to be aware of what is out there.. and what could possibly be coming our way.
