CCBill only does payouts for programs that use their CC processing as well as their affiliate admin.
ePass is sorta like PayPal, but for adult. As far as affiliate programs, it's just a way to get your money (and it comes with an ATM card as well as the Visa) Some sponsors will give you one for free (or set it up for you & you pay for it out of your earnings) |
