Ways to be billed for porn?

Hey guys,
I'm writing an article on why people should pay for porn and not just put up with free junk. Part of what I want to talk about is all the different ways people can be billed for porn (in case this is putting them off buying).

So far I have:
- charging it to a credit card (where it appears under a billing company name)
- making the charge appear on your phone bill
- stuffing cash in an envelope and hoping it gets there

So, what am I missing? Any other creative billing methods out there?
