I think it's about how extreme a performer is willing to take it, same for baseball bat insertions and whatnot. What I find more interesting is that (I think it was) Taylor Rain stated in an interview that a double anal is a much easier feat to accomplish then a double vag, even though common sense would tell us otherwise being as the vagina is a birth canal. But if it holds true, it explains why double vag clips are a rarity and double anals are almost pedestrian.
