Busy day on tap shoving tons of documentation into the new guy's head. At least when I hired the last guy, we spent a lot of time documenting procedures, so, most of it is just reviewing to make sure the documentation is still correct. Since the software installed on machines is a moving target, that's always fun to keep up with.

Might actually outsource a piece of code that needs to be written to another company as I think one of my theories is beyond my coding ability. Must.. write... specific... RFQ.
