answer page and actually - the answer is kinda wrong about the gold - the gold is weighed using the Troy system which has 12 Troy ounces in a Troy pound - which is not equal to a normal pound - actually the Troy ounce is 1.097x a normal ounce - therefore not only are the units of comparison wrong, (comparing pounds to troy pounds) but the 12 ounce answer is wrong it would be 13.164 normal ounces  Last edited by Linkster; 2004-02-02 at 07:00 PM.. |
