Noob looking for partner :-)

Hi guys,
i'm looking for a partner to get me started in this industry...

I recently bought a great adult topsite with around 2500 unique visitors per day.
I placed a few nastydollars banners up but after two weeks still nothing.

Currently i'm sending around 250 unique visitors to the nastydollars site per day.

So actually i'm looking for someone that can help me optimize the topsite, etc. so it will increase my income with nastydollars (or any other good converting program that we can put up there).

I'm guessing it's more like a traffic filter problem or something (maybe the toplist traffic is just crap that doesn't convert?? )

I'm willing to give you all the income the site can generate thanks to you from affiliate programs during it's first month.
