Actually, I think that your free sites are a good way for a newbie to learn how to put text on a FS.

You have a lot of good sales text on your pages, you optimized sites for keywords (although it could be better), you have bulleted lists of features for easy reading, model bios/details...

In other words, you have done a very good job there.

You might want to use <h1> keywords in tour site <title>, in sales text (near the top of the page) and image alt tags. Also using <h1> keywords in meta description and keywords could be good.
