It might be an issue on her bandwidth providers end. When I was hosting with a Verio provider for some reason about 1% of internet users could not see my sites, doesn't seem like a big deal but it is when that many people are reporting it as a broken link, etc.
Turns out it was an issue with Verio and I hear they fixed it eventually, but I had long switched to a Cogent provider by then and had things working great. |
