In my experience quite a few of those send next to no traffic. (I might have to try a few of them again though.)

The ones I'd recommend out of those that I didn't already mention (no slight intended towards anyone linkslist, I am just stating the experience I've had):

Of course as always you will have to test things for yourself and see what works for you and your sites.
