I checked few sponsors and ratios (FS traffic) for last year varied from 1:2000 - 1:2500 (first page clicks) so I wouldnt be expecting too much at start. And to confirm what other said - I've got only a couple of sign ups in my history within first week after site being listed, most come after 1-2 months.. and I still get SUs from sites I submited 2-3 years ago from time to time
