I think yesterday was the 1st day in about a month where I didn't even have an urge to take a nap Of course, I woke up today kinda sore & yawning, so we'll see how it goes (and no, 5 weeks later, I still don't have the new apnea machine they said I need)

Make sure you have ZERO smokes in the house & stay away from other smokers of possible. Every time I tried to quit with smokes in the house, I'd end up rewarding myself for not smoking during the day with a smoke before bed
