Promo Sales Claim

Hey, sorry if I'm just worrying way too much in advance...

I made a sale during the brazzers network oct 3. promo, so I sent them an email, but I haven't heard back yet. How long is typical? Should I consider sending another since I only have until the 10th to make a claim?

I'm not sure if I included the right number for my user id in the e-mail either, so I just wanted to ask. That would be the number in my ref link to the brazzers network site, right?
