Most of these spammers are more sophisticated than that. They don't use a fixed ISP to send out. They have a network of remote controlled bot programs running on infected PC's all over the world that sends out the spam. Same idea as a DDOS attack.

I get hit with these from time to time as well. Usually the best I can do is find some common element to use as a filter to send it all into a junque folder.
