Let's see, what else could I use a script for...

Ah yes, I could use a referrers counter, invisible on the page, that showed me referrers and numbers of visitors from those referrers, and nothing else. It would be ideal if it was a snippet of code that could be inserted into the html of the page, and wrote output to an html page or sent an html email for as long as it was on the page. It should be small, fast, and light on the resource use. I don't want any complex installation, I want to be able to copy and paste the code into the page, upload the page, and the next day have a page of output to tell me about the referrers to the page.

What else? A solid and durable html rotator, most of the free scripts available are too unreliable for adult business use.

I could think of a dozen more, but I have a head cold right now, so maybe later.
