The privacy issue they get around by having you agree to their terms and conditions - most people don't read them - and don't care. MSN is doing the same thing, except that their tracking will be right in the browser with their integrated search, and I bet very few people will even electronically sign the privacy terms when they buy a new machine with pre-loaded browsers
 if anyone has problems with their privacy - I'm sure the answer will be - don't surf then |
