Last Hump Day of January 20120125
Finally made it back to the gym yesterday. Only did half my normal workout but it's a start.
Today is mostly going to be a work day but I do need to go see my doctor to get my rat poison levels checked. My doctor is only a few miles from our house so I may ride my bicycle there. Guess this means it's time to get out of bed... |
