I managed to hurt myself showing Christy a bike riding technique last night when I fell and the handle bar smashed into my left breast. Hurts like hell and now my tit is all back and blue. Now Christy knows what not to do when riding

Still trying to decide what to do today and tomorrow. We may head down to Key Biscayne and demo the Hobie Mirage Tandem Island sailing kayak today or do yard work, still deciding.
