Trying to wake up... need Ibuprofen & coffeee

Didn't get to bed until after midnight due to be out on the water in a little plastic boat along with a bunch of other kayakers. Found a new creek to paddle. Went as far as we could until the foliage got too thick to pass through. We had paddled against the tide the whole way out so it was a fun and fast ride riding the tide back home.

Work, gym, more work and then more work is today's plans so far.
