Aside from 1 monthly problem that a few of you know about, my new issue is pretty much uncontrollable spasms in my hands & forearms - which makes it a lot of fun to type & use a [CLICK] mouse.
(side note: related?)

I did manage to update the Link Lists yesterday, but then inadvertently threw my hands up in the air & decided to take some muscle relaxers & lay on the couch. They do help with the spasms, but they also knock me out

Gonna try & get some work done, then call my dr's when they open & go from there.
